The deposit amount is the same as the rent amount. How much is your Application fee? The application fee is $35 per adult. What are your qualifications needed to rent? We look at income level, rental history, and credit. The combined gross income of the adults for one week needs to cover the rent. You cannot have a bad rental history or owe any money to previous landlords. We look at your credit but we can overlook or compensate for bad credit if needed. Do you allow pets? No cats, dogs, ferrets, etc. Fish, hamsters, etc. are OK Do you take Sec 8 vouchers? No, we do not take vouchers. |
